Golden Cherubs Altar Cushion

A small-scale devotional inspired by the sentimental traditions of Victorian Valentines and 19th-century folk art textiles. This altar cushion features two playful cherubs hand-embroidered in metallic gold thread, pulling at the ribbons of a central bow—a classic symbol of courtly love.

Stitched onto a vibrant red felt base, the piece is finished with a delicate border of gold glass beads. This palm-sized piece is perfect for a bedside table or as a soft rest for a favorite ring or keepsake.
