The Work

Are these pieces handmade?

Yes! Everything is designed and stitched by me in my living room in Leicestershire.

Depending on the piece, it can take anywhere from a few hours to over 20 to complete.

Is each piece unique?

I make one-of-one pieces and don’t remake designs. Once something is sold, it’s gone.

Do you take commissions?
I take on commissions when I have the time to! I work full-time alongside this, so timelines can vary slightly depending on my schedule. For more details, please visit my Commissions Page.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
I currently offer standard shipping to the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Mainland Spain, Portugal and Poland, as well as Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada.

What if my country isn’t listed?
I am happy to ship worldwide. If you are located outside the zones listed above, please Contact Me with your City and Country. I’ll arrange a shipping quote for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. They’re sent with tracked shipping and you’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Care & Longevity

How should I care for my heart?

These are hand-embroidered textile pieces made with velvet and beadwork, so they’re not designed for heavy wear.

Keep them away from water, perfumes and oils.

If you’re using one as a bag charm, try to avoid areas where it will rub a lot, as that can loosen the stitching over time.
