Orders shipped to the European Union are delivered on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Item prices and delivery charges on my website do not include local EU VAT, import duties, or customs clearance fees. These charges are set by local customs authorities and carrier agents and are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local courier or postal service will contact you to collect these fees prior to delivery.

Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside the UK), buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties or local taxes applied by their country.
Tracking

Refused Deliveries
If an international package is refused by the recipient to avoid paying local customs fees/duties, any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
